These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the website quantizedge.com and services provided by Quantizedge sp. z o.o.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- "Service Provider" – Quantizedge sp. z o.o. with registered office in Warsaw
- "User" – a natural person using the Website
- "Website" – the website quantizedge.com
- "Services" – services provided electronically by the Service Provider
2. General Provisions
The Service Provider provides services electronically in accordance with these Terms. Using the Website is tantamount to accepting the Terms. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms.
3. Scope of Services
The Service Provider provides the following services:
- Free consultations regarding benefits and subsidies
- Assistance in filling out benefit applications
- Advice on European funds
- Newsletter with information about support programs
4. User Obligations
The User agrees to:
- Provide accurate personal data
- Use the Website in accordance with the law and good practices
- Not infringe the rights of third parties
- Not provide unlawful content
5. Liability
The Service Provider is not liable for:
- Interruptions in access to the Website due to technical reasons
- Damages resulting from improper use of the Website

8. Final Provisions
In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means. The court competent to settle disputes is the court with jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered office.
